Known as a high-quality specialty rice in the Mekong Delta region and associated with the name of agricultural engineer Ho Quang Cua, ST25 rice was ranked in the top three of the world’s best rice at the World Rice Trade Conference in Manila, Philippines, in 2019.
ST25 rice grain has a white color, is transparent, is long-shape, and has an average length of about 7.2mm.
When cooked, it has a natural sweet taste and pandan leaf aroma, is soft and sticky, and is still delicious.
